Imran Zaheer & Co. has civil advocates and attorneys in its litigation wing who appear on behalf of clients before all courts, legal forums, administrative and regulatory agencies, and industry and professional tribunals.

We represent clients across the litigation spectrum for business and corporate transactions, inheritance, succession, labor and employment matters, accidents and injuries, zoning hearings, and other real-estate related litigation.

In addition to trial court practice, the firm’s legal skills have been finely honed in the appellate courts, including the Sessions and High Courts, where legal argument, analysis and logic are a paramount condition for victory. Public interest litigation

Our lawyers have repeatedly initiated proceedings under Article 199 of the Constitution (quo warranto) in matters affecting the general public, giving voice to those without the means to pursue legal action when their rights are infringed. Our work covers:
